Four new businesses are coming to The Shops at Somerset Square, an outdoor shopping center in Glastonbury, according to an announcement.
The new tenants include three restaurants – Bareburger, PITA and Social Lounge – along with a fitness studio, HOTWORX.
Bareburger, which will open during the first quarter of 2024, is an East Coast chain offering burgers made with locally sourced sustainable and organic ingredients. It will be in a 2,309-square-foot space next to Chipotle.
PITA, a Mediterranean restaurant from Gina Luari’s The Statement Group, will open in the spring of 2024. PITA will be in a 5,502-square-foot space near Talbots.
Social Lounge, which will open before the end of the year, is in a 2,036-square-foot space next to Max Fish. It will focus on small plates, flatbreads and craft cocktails, offering private party availability and late-night snacks.
HOTWORX, whose opening date has not been announced, will offer virtually instructed exercise programs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including hot yoga, hot pilates, hot core and more. It will be located in a 1,956-square-foot space next to Jos. A. Bank.
The Shops at Somerset Square, managed by commercial real estate company JLL, offers more than 25 shopping, dining and service options.
