  2. Thanks Ferdie, it is a nice change to look at other things sometimes but invertebrates is still my favourite . The main reason for doing native flowers is that it is still way to cold for inverts. to be active. Posted 5 years ago

''Pultenaea tenuifolia'', commonly known as the slender bush-pea, is a plant which is endemic to Australia. It is a procumbent shrub found in coastal areas of southern Australia and Tasmania with sandy and limestone soils. It has red and yellow flowers.

The species was formally described in 1891 in the ''Botanical Magazine'' based on a cultivated specimen in England.
