Chris joined KY3 as a Multimedia Journalist in August of 2023 after spending two and a half years as the Chief Photographer at KMIZ in Columbia, Missouri. This is a return to the Ozarks for Chris and his family. He was a multi-award-winning photographer and storyteller at KY3/KSPR from 2013 to 2016.
Chris has covered stories nearly all across the county. Wildfires in Utah, hurricanes in Texas and South Carolina, the World Series, Super Bowl, and NCAA basketball tournaments, and Immigration Issues on the Southern Border.
In addition to his previous time at KY3/KSPR, he worked for stations in Topeka, Tucson, Salt Lake City, Chattanooga, Louisville, and Columbia. He is a husband to his wife, Sarah, and father to their four children.
