Common Name: 'Lungwort'

AGM. A clump-forming herbaceous perennial, with roughly hairy, ovate dark green, unspotted leaves and leafy stems bearing a terminal cluster of bright deep blue, bell-shaped flowers. Mar-May. H25cm S45cm.

Care Instructions

Grow in humus-rich, fertile, moist but not waterlogged soil in shade or partial shade. Makes good groundcover and is attractive to bees. Cutting off old leaves after flowering encourages fresh growth.
