Reggie Yates is planning a summer wedding with fiancée Tia Ward.

The TV host has been dating the brunette model for three years and popped the question during a romantic New Year getaway to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The couple are planning on tying the knot next year but Reggie admits they haven't got very far with organising everything for their big day due to their busy work schedules.

He exclusively told Mirror Celebs: "We're trying to figure it out. We're getting so little done at the moment it's unbelievable because we're both so busy.

"But we have our eye on a venue and we're eyeing up suits and dresses and it's all coming together.

"It's a lot of work, way more than I thought it would be, but we're excited.

"It's weird because you still sort of feel like a kid and all of a sudden you're having very adult conversations. It's weirding me out a bit but it's all good."

Meanwhile, Reggie, 32, will host the new series of Release The Hounds which starts on ITV2 this week.

The show sees three best friends enter a huge forest at dusk, in a quest to unlock chests full of prize money and feed their greed.

The not so fearless contestants will all be out to win money – but to win big, they must face some of the scariest tasks ever endured on TV.

"We did the series last year and it went brilliantly, we were all properly chuffed with it," Reggie told us.

"Now we've really cranked it up, which is why we were on the other side of Europe making this pretty crazy show. I think it'll surprise a lot of people. It's wicked."

The series was filmed in the middle of Lithuania in a forest where the producers could get away with a lot more and push boundaries.

Reggie said: "We created our own roads and we had our crazy, silly VW camper which looked like it had been through hell. The games are just so much bigger this time."

Asked if he was easily scared, he replied: "I actually get off on side of things. But I say that because I'm not on the other side of the fence actually doing the games."

Release The Hounds will air on ITV2 on Wednesday, September 30 at 10pm.
