Australasian truffle-like Fungi. V.* Nomenclatural bibliography of type descriptions of Ascomycotina and Zygomycotina

Abstract

This bibliography includes all truffle-like Ascomycotina and Zygomycotina originally reported with Australasian mycorrhizal host plants regardless of the hemisphere in which they grow. In addition, we include all non-sporocarpic Zygomycotina because of the potential for some taxa to form single or clustered spores in the soil in addition to sporocarps. Truffle-like Ascomycotina and Zygomycotina from elsewhere in the tropics and the southern hemisphere also are included. This work is a bibliographic, not a taxonomic treatment.
