Mindy E Point Break is very entertaining and fun to watch. Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze are both very good in their roles. This has nothing to do with the movie itself but young Keanu Reeves is so handsome. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/22/24 Full Review Jay H I've never liked the ending of this movie. Everything up until then is very entertaining. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/14/24 Full Review Yuval D It's one of the dumbest movies I've seen; It's also one of the most fun movies I've seen Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/27/24 Full Review Brian B Classic movie that has aged well, must watch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/22/24 Full Review Oberon D Dikken brol, Rotten Tomatoes had me and my parents quite hyped for this detective-turned-surfer-turned-nobody-understands movie with great actors Patrick Swayze & Keanu Reeves. Took too much time to realise it was a waste of time. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/06/24 Full Review Audience Member Cult classic. Gotta see the young Reeves. Gotta feel the adrenaline rush of the different extreme sports taking to novice extremes. I never could relate to the water sports culture, never surfing, and given its weak plot, at best a 3 star Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/03/24 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Kevin Maher Times (UK) ... A near-perfect action film directed by Kathryn Bigelow with frenzied intensity, and it never seeks to patronise its own material or its audience. Aug 19, 2022 Full Review Geoff Brown Times (UK) Keanu Reeves, boringly cocky FBI agent, goes undercover, and off the film lurches into narrative gobbledegook, surfing, and the spiritual utterances of a tanned guru (Patrick Swayze). Aug 17, 2021 Full Review Juan Carlos Coto Miami Herald Point Break has some eye-catching visuals in its frenetic action sequences, but even the slow-mo surfing gets tedious. It's like being trapped in a soft-drink commercial. Rated: 2/4 Aug 17, 2021 Full Review Yasser Medina Cinefilia It just has an interesting start with the duel between Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze, but its police plot often drags within it a series of clichés that take away the intrigue effect from its beach, robbery and surfing agenda. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 6/10 Apr 6, 2024 Full Review Matt Brunson Film Frenzy The skydiving sequences are spectacular, and they live up to the film’s tagline of “100% Pure Adrenaline.” The rest, however, is 100% Pure Hokum. Rated: 2.5/4 Dec 26, 2023 Full Review Allison Rose FlickDirect With memorable lines and scenes, Point Break offered a slice of life many don't get to experience but wish they did.
