Begonia natunaensis is a rhizomatous type begonia that has beautiful round leaves! The word rhizomatous just means that it has a prominent horizontal growth habit so the stems of the plant grow across the soil surface whereas other begonias grow more upright. These type of begonias tend to have more larger leaves and their modified stems also store water which makes these types much more forgiving to under-watering and easier to grow!
