I'm a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with over two decades of Human Resources experience at small to large, public, private, government and private equity-backed companies in the social services, finance, biotech and health & wellness industries. Yep, I have an eclectic background! This allows me to bring a unique and comprehensive approach to helping organizations - and the individuals that make up these organizations - build thriving teams and create purposeful futures.

Having been “at the table”, as a Leadership Coach, I understand that leading an organization comes with unparalleled challenges and at the same time, it can be extremely fulfilling. I help individuals uncover blind spots, heighten their self-awareness, overcome obstacles, emerge from difficult situations with clarity and purpose, and lead with empathy and authenticity.

As a Career Coach, I help people thrive in life and work, figure out their next chapter, identify meaningful work that amplifies their strengths and is aligned with what they value, while maintaining the lifestyle they've created. Being in HR for nearly 25 years, I've helped hundreds of people figure out their next step, be it a promotion, a growth opportunity, skill building, a career change, or starting their own business. As a personal finance professional, I know the importance of having financial stability and planning for your future, so we'll take this into consideration as we develop your career plan.

With over two decades in HR, I know what employers look for in candidates - I've reviewed thousands of resumes, interviewed hundreds of applicants, and made many hiring decisions. I continue my work as an HR Consultant so I'm in tune with the job market and company strategies. As a career changer myself, I know first-hand what it's like to embark on this journey.

As a Human Resources Consultant, I customize human resources and training solutions for organizations so they can create a sound HR infrastructure, engage and motivate employees, strengthen their culture, and stay compliant. I provide the tools and expertise necessary for companies to identify, onboard, and inspire the talent they need to build and grow their organizations. My roots are in the operational and technical areas of HR, and I've led all aspects of HR from talent acquisition and comp/benefits to engagement and employee relations.

I have experience with traditional and progressive HR approaches having been part of a lean, agile, and flat organization that distributed authority. I also helped usher a prior organization to #20 on Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, and I've been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Boston Business Journal, Chemical & Engineering News, Workforce.com, and HR.com on a variety of HR topics.
