Masdevallia coccinea alba

Best bloom to date even though I was away for 6 weeks ( I left the spikes were just emerging from leaves, came back it is in full bloom!), it makes me think my plants like it better when I am not on their back every day :rollhappy::evil:

this plant is growing in semi-hydroponic method since 2009

I would never think that Masdies would grow well in S/H.

I probably could -- Lynn O'Shaughnessy lives not too far away from me -- further south, actually. But she keeps her greenhouse cool/intermediate whereas mine is intermediate/warm. I prefer to be warm.
