I haven't received it yet.
It's most probably just the SMS game stuck into a GG cartridge. Maybe with copyright removed or few "bootleg" changes.
I'll let you know and will try to dump it :)
I find stuff by looking around and keeping in contact with people. Takes lots of time. I'm very sad because I saw chinese SMS games that I could not obtain a few months ago. I'll post pictures abuot them too.

Don't expect much when you go to Seoul. I went there in September expecting to see used Sega stuff everywhere, but there was nothing. Game shops were full of PC games and modern systems (plus the odd GB/GBA pirate/flashcart). We couldn't even find any pawn shops in Seoul.
Perhaps my Korean friend was a bad guide, but he explained that back in the 80s, Korea was still relatively poor, so not many people even had game systems. :(

This is quite funny, you don’t need to go very far to find something like this, I came across something just as odd about 7 years ago in my local charity shop here in England. It was Double Dragon and Ghouls ‘N Ghosts on one Game Gear cart, it was all alone with no box, the image on the cart sticker was vertically divided and showed both of the nice Japanese airbrushed artworks usually associated with the Megadrive incarnations of these games.
Both games had the black borders top and bottom of the screen that you would get if you play a SMS cart through a MasterGear converter and the start button acted as pause.
At the time I was a very purest collector, and considering this cart had no box and that it was unofficial with no Sega logo, I soon traded it in to a reluctant 2nd hand games dealer. But not before beating Ghouls ‘N Ghosts, which was a real struggle, I had beaten the Megadrive version a long time ago as it was my first and only game I had for that system for a long while, but I found the SMS version particularly tricky.
Bizarrely the only thing I can’t quite remember now is how I selected which game to play, I have a bunch of Game Boy carts in my collection which are of a similar unofficial multi-game nature, with about 20 games on each cart, you select the game by pressing a small rubber button on the face of the cart. But I don’t think this Game Gear cart had that, I sort of recall a black screen/white text menu upon firing it up.

So well, it tooks 5 years but I received the game :)
Attached are some better pictures.
The box text says
ALEX KIDO
Hung Tao Hsin Industrial Co. Ltd.
*PARENT RIGHT BE REGISTERED*
Product number HG 101-10
And HTH logo on the cartridge.
Maybe somebody can do research on this company?
I also dumped it, it is a simple "legal" hack based on the Japanese version.

Chinese characters are:
天空魔城
Google hits suggest this is a Chinese name for Alex Kidd. Pinyin is Tiānkōng mó chéng, translation is "Sky Magic City"?!
Edit: No, it's the non-kana part of the Japanese title of Enchanted castle.

It's japanese for "Enchanted Castle" as in the Megadrive version.

I didn't try the new rom yet. Do you think that gg resolution is an issue preventing to complete or at least finish the game ?

It's still an SMS game - it'd be very much like playing the original game on a Master Gear.
