Weed of the Week: Fat Hen

🌿 Chenopodium album, fat hen, or white goosefoot is today's Weed of the Week. 🌿 

Eat the leaves raw or cook like spinach. Treat the flower buds like broccoli and add the flowers to spruce up a salad. The leaves can also be used as a soothing poultice!
