Escape to Witch Mountain child star who played Tony is unrecognisable 47 years on from hit Disney film

ACTOR Ike Eisenmann shot to stardom playing the role of Tony in Escape to Witch Mountain.

Aged 13-years-old, he starred as a lovable young harmonica-playing alien, looking for his way home in the 1975 film.

Tony had the ability to move objects with his harmonica, while his twin sister Tia was gifted with being telepathic.

His sibling was played by none other than Kim Richards, now best known for her role on the reality series The Real Housewives of Beverley Hills.

Texas-born Ike also starred alongside Eddie Albert and Jason O'Day in the Disney flick.

He then went on to star in the 1978 sequel Return from Witch Mountain, in which Richards also featured, as well as Bette Davis and Christopher Lee.

Eagled-eyed fans would have noticed the pair make a cameo as a sheriff and waitress in the Dwayne Johnson 2009 remake, Race to Witch Mountain.

A mix of TV and film opportunities followed after the initial Witch Mountain movies with a role in 1982's Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, plus the NBC series The Fantastic Journey and an appearance on Little House on the Prairie.

As a adult and in more recent years, his CV has been filled with post-production and digital animation credits, working as a sounds effect specialist under the name Iake Eisenmann.

Now aged 59, he can be found sharing snippets of his life with his second wife Tia - who shares her name with the Race to Witch Mountain character - and dog Maddie on Instagram.

Ike was previously married to Angela Mary Pollizze from 1993 until 2010.
