If you’re into movie paraphernalia or just in the market for a new jacket, consider this limited edition one by Osklen—the same one that was worn by Edward Norton in Best Picture Oscar–winning Birdman. After Norton wore this piece during Birdman rehearsals, director Alejandro González Iñarritu was so taken by it that he decided to include the jacket in his film as part of the character Mike Shiner’s uniform. Iñarritu eventually decided he wanted one for himself, as did cinematographer Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki, but the jacket was no longer being sold by Osklen. That’s when Norton had the idea of asking the fashion brand to reissue the piece in limited quantities, with all proceeds going to the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust, an environmental charity the actor has championed for years.
