BBC Morning Live viewers were left devastated during the show on Friday, March 15, as presenter Gethin Jones confirmed it would be the last episode for a while. The breakfast programme, which airs in the new slot of 9:30am until 10:45am each weekday, is being taken off air for a few weeks.

The Morning Live presenter also addressed the hiatus on air, telling viewers: "It's the last morning live for a few weeks, unfortunately, so if you have any burning questions for our experts, we are still going to be with you, stay in touch on our social accounts or you can email us."
